Craig Hale is the Director of Engineering with Boyce Technologies, Inc. Craig has over 30 years of experience in embedded software/hardware development, systems integration, software development process, business process engineering, software/hardware training and project management.
Craig’s management experience has spanned a wide variety of projects from real-time embedded software for missile systems to large complex life safety communications systems. Throughout the last 15 years, he has helped numerous organizations implement system and application lifecycle management processes and streamline their programs and organization.
Craig is dedicated to building life safety equipment including last effort return home navigation systems for the Army, and life safety Command and Control systems for mass transit communication. He has worked in a variety of roles including electrical design, programming, quality assurance, software configuration management, and project management.
Since joining BTI, Craig has been able to further his passion by leading the development of hardware and software solutions for communication and public safety programs including the Help Point Unit and the Help Center Communication System.
Craig graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
